การแก้ไขภาษาต่างดาว ให้เป็นภาษาไทย ใน windows10

เข้าเมนู Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Region --> Change system locale --> Thai

ค่าพื้นฐานจะเป็น english ให้เปลี่ยนเป็นไทย

วิธีนี้สามารถแก้ไข ไฟล์ xxxx.txt ได้ด้วย หรือ หน้าเว็บที่เป็นภาษาต่างดาวก็ได้
